Ken started Next Level Now in 2002 out of a need to provide small to mid-size companies the strategic, key financial information and CFO tools to make better informed and proactive decisions for an organization’s future growth.

Ken has seen firsthand, the good, the bad and the ugly. Ken, a natural leader, has brought together a solid team of Chief Financial Officers who are passionate about what they do and have the knowledge to be very effective.

Brandi believes meeting the needs of clients starts with truly understanding the challenges they face. She knows how to ask the tough questions and digs deep to discover the best solutions. Brandi is a passionate CFO who helps teams reach their strategic goals and initiatives. She is also an IMA board member.

Deanna has over 25 years of experience in software, manufacturing, insurance, and retail. She is passionate about making calculated management decisions based on providing concise financial information. With her vast experience in startups, implementation, and detailed financial analysis, she prides herself on accurate & timely reporting to meet and exceed the expectations of her clients.
Sonja Pomerleau
VP Sales
Sonja has over 15 years of experience in consulting and enterprise software sales. She has led sales teams and vendor relationships and enjoys watching people and partner relationships flourish. Before entering the consulting world, Sonja was a journalist for local newspapers. Her curious nature lended itself to consulting and sales, where she thrives off learning about a company’s growth story, goals, and blockers.
