Brandi Bonds

Brandi Bonds is the Managing Partner at Next Level Now and a highly experienced CFO with nearly two decades of leadership in finance. With deep expertise in the IT, healthcare, and manufacturing industries, Brandi excels at understanding the unique challenges these sectors face. She is skilled at asking the right questions and exploring all aspects of expenses, processes, people, and technology to uncover tailored solutions that drive strategic success.

As a passionate CFO, Brandi is dedicated to helping teams achieve their goals and reach new levels of performance. She also serves as a board member for the IMA and thrives on mentoring and coaching the next generation of finance professionals. In addition to her leadership roles, Brandi is a professor at Endicott College, where she teaches Finance courses, and she actively volunteers with multiple non-profit organizations.

Outside the office, Brandi enjoys traveling the world, live music, and spending time with her family—always making space for adventure and fun.
