Now for the technical stuff. Our Controllers have 3 levels in which to grow in and have a formal career path within the same organization, trained by CFOs; which have their own leveling. That is right you move up when you are READY, not when a position opens. This means the ladder is yours to climb or not to climb.
Our Controllers support our CFOs, fellow team members, and clients, in the areas of Transactional Accounting, Payroll, General Ledger, Month End Closing, Reporting, and Analysis. We do whatever it takes to get the job done for our client members, at all levels within the organization.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience in the MSP IT industry
- Associates Degree in Accounting, a minimum, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- CMA preferred; or willingness to be sponsored for the CMA.
- Strong technology skills using Office 365
- Proven experience in financial statements and month end closing procedures
- Ability to multi-task and to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working in a paperless environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; team player with a positive, can do approach
- Excellent analytical, computational, and mathematical abilities
- Commitment to protecting client privacy, even within the firm, as appropriate
- Willingness to teach others and document work processes
- Ability to apply yourself to learning and applying technical skills - transferable knowledge!

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Now for the technical stuff. Our CFOs provides high-level financial leadership and strategic guidance to client organizations as a seasoned executive advisor. You will oversee all aspects of financial management, drive business performance, and play a critical role in shaping the organization's financial strategy.
A successful CFOs responsibility is establishing, redefining, and implementing financial standards to meet our value-add proposition and goals for our clients’ and communicating such information back to our team, where applicable. You will be responsible for the client relationship and development of key deliverables. We do whatever it takes to get the job done for our clients at all levels within the organization.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Financial Management and Strategy
- Strategic Financial Analysis
- Cash Flow Management
- Risk Management and Compliance
- Financial Planning and Forecasting
- Business Advisory and Relationship Management
Skills/Qualifications:
- Service industry/MSP IT industry experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, a minimum
- CMA, CPA, or MBA preferred; or willingness to be sponsored for the CMA.
- Strong technology skills using Office 365
- Proven experience in financial statements and month end closing procedures.
- Ability to multi-task and to work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience working in a paperless environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; team player with a positive, can-do approach.
