Joanna

Joanna brings more than a decade of executive leadership and hands-on industry experience to the Next Level Now team. She holds a Business Management bachelor's degree from Harvard University and has served as both CFO and COO across multiple industries including professional services, manufacturing and construction. 

Joanna’s extensive background in professional services makes her uniquely equipped to support the MSP sector, where efficiency, client service, and adaptability are essential. She combines financial expertise with a deep understanding of service-driven business models, allowing her to craft strategies that balance operational excellence with client needs. 

Passionate about technology, Joanna quickly adapts to new systems and is experienced in multiple accounting platforms including Oracle NetSuite and Sage Intacct. Known for her pragmatic, results-driven leadership style, she excels at building high-performing teams, solving complex challenges, and positioning businesses to scale with confidence and clarity.

Outside of work, Joanna is dedicated to fitness, an avid football fan, and an active supporter of charitable causes. She also treasures time with her two English Bulldogs, Bruno and Dino.
